Years of production history

A documented history.
Not a speculative claim.

Between 1848 and 1940, the Forest Hill Divide produced some of the richest drift-mined gold in California history. The Mayflower Mine alone yielded roughly $1.6 million at period-of-production values between 1888 and 1899.

Foresthill Global has spent the past year reconstructing that history — digitizing the original 1890 Browne survey and the 1929 and 1931 Uren maps, and commissioning an independent technical review.

Where the value actually sits.

937,283 oz Au inferred represents a substantial, historically documented exploration target — not a proven reserve. Independent field verification and a modern resource upgrade represent the primary value-creation catalyst for this project. We are seeking a partner to fund that verification work in exchange for a staged earn-in interest.

All figures are Inferred Mineral Resource estimates based on historic maps and production records (Yuba Industries Technical Report, March 2026). No modern drilling, sampling, or independent Qualified Person report has been completed.
