Partnership opportunities.
We are seeking a partner to fund field verification of the Forest Hill Divide resource, in exchange for a staged earn-in interest.
The ask: fund the verification work.
Our existing technical report (Yuba Industries, March 2026) recommends three next steps to move this project toward a higher resource classification. We are structuring a partnership around exactly that work:
- Locate and assess historic portals and shafts for access to underground workings
- Confirm mineral rights currently held by ownership against title exceptions
- Field-verify channel geometry against the historic map digitization already completed
- Scope a sampling and drilling program to move the resource from Inferred toward Indicated
Where the value actually sits.
937,283 oz Au inferred is a substantial, historically documented exploration target — it is not a proven reserve, and it should not be read as a dollar value on the land. Inferred-stage gold resources built on historic data, without modern drilling or an independent Qualified Person report, carry significant geological and economic uncertainty.
What we can say plainly: verification is the catalyst. Confirming mineral rights, field-verifying the historic channel mapping, and upgrading the resource classification through modern sampling are each independent steps that materially change how this asset is valued by the market — well before any mine reopens. That is the opportunity we are offering a partner: fund the verification, and share in the value it unlocks.
Structure is open.
We are open to a staged equity earn-in, a joint venture, or an option structure — with an independent technical report delivered as a funded milestone of the program, not a precondition to signing. Base mapping, title research, and historic-map digitization are already complete: a partner is stepping into a project with the groundwork done, not starting from a blank map.
